Terms of Service

1. Service Description

NSOLVIA DATA provides ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and distribution of ecommerce product catalogs through structured feeds and APIs (Google Shopping, Meta, Pinterest, ChatGPT, semantic search). The service is delivered through the data.nsolvia.com platform and connected n8n endpoints.

2. Data Ownership

The merchant retains full ownership of all product catalog data submitted to NSOLVIA DATA. NSOLVIA processes this data on the merchant’s behalf under the terms of this agreement and the Data Processing Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

• Only submit catalogs you own or are explicitly authorized to distribute.
• Do not submit third-party data without consent.
• Do not use the service for illegal products or content prohibited by the destination platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

4. Plans & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. SKU overages above plan limits are charged in blocks of 500 SKUs at the rates specified per plan. Cancellation is available at any time from the merchant dashboard — service continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

NSOLVIA provides the service “as is” and does not guarantee specific results from ad campaigns, AI search performance, or sales conversions driven by the distributed feeds. Total liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

NSOLVIA DATA™ and all associated trademarks, software, and proprietary processes are the property of NSOLVIA Inc. The merchant’s catalog data remains the merchant’s property at all times.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, access to feeds and dashboards is suspended immediately and merchant data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
