NSOLVIA Inc. (“NSOLVIA”, “we”, “us”) operates NSOLVIA DATA, an AI Commerce Layer that ingests, normalizes, and distributes product catalogs for ads, AI shopping, and intelligent commerce. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

2. Data We Collect

Merchant contact email (provided during onboarding)
Store URL and platform metadata
Publicly available product catalog data (titles, descriptions, prices, images, variants)
Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store card data)

3. How We Use Your Data

Catalog data is used exclusively for ingestion, normalization, and distribution through the feeds and APIs you enable (Google, Meta, Pinterest, ChatGPT, semantic search). We NEVER sell merchant data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Processors

Supabase — database and authentication storage
Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
Vercel — frontend hosting and serverless functions
OpenAI — catalog enrichment and semantic processing

5. Data Retention

Active merchant data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days post-cancellation. After this period, all catalog data, embeddings, and derived feeds are permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@nsolvia.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Jurisdiction

NSOLVIA Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, USA. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
