Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

NSOLVIA ("we", "us") makes product catalogs understandable to machines — search engines, AI assistants, and commerce platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers nsolvia.com, data.nsolvia.com, and NSOLVIA's products and services.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the services:

  • Account & contact data: your name, email address, and (when applicable) company name.
  • Store & catalog data: your store URL and the product catalog you connect or submit (product titles, descriptions, prices, availability, images, variants, identifiers such as GTIN/SKU).
  • Store credentials: where a product requires it, a platform API key or equivalent access you provide. Credentials are treated as confidential, stored protected, used only to operate the service, and deleted with your account. You can revoke them from your platform at any time.
  • Payment data: handled directly by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, and basic usage logs, used for security and rate-limiting.
  • Free audit requests: if you run a free catalog audit, we collect the store URL you submit and the email where we send your report.

3. Shopper interactions (sales assistant)

If you install the NSOLVIA sales assistant on your store, it answers your shoppers' questions grounded in your published catalog and pages. Conversations exist to serve the shopper's session and to operate the assistant for you. We do not build profiles of your shoppers, do not track them across sites, and do not use shopper conversations for advertising or any purpose other than operating the assistant.

4. How we use information

  • To read, enrich, and deliver your catalog as the products you purchased describe.
  • To generate reports (including your free audit report).
  • To verify your email and prevent abuse (rate-limiting, fraud prevention).
  • To provide support and send service-related communications.
  • To bill and manage your subscription.

5. Your data stays yours

We never sell your data. We never share it with anyone for their own purposes. Your catalog is processed to serve you — nothing else. We do not use your catalog to train models for third parties. We store and process data on industry-standard, secured cloud infrastructure to operate the service — nothing more.

6. Data retention

We retain your account and catalog data while your plan is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. Logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. You may request earlier deletion at teams@nsolvia.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email teams@nsolvia.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Data security

We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS on all endpoints), token-based access controls, and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry-standard safeguards.

9. International data

Your data is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the services from outside the US, you consent to this transfer.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing", and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. NSOLVIA does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no "sale" or "share" to opt out of. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.

Categories collected: identifiers (name, email, company, IP), commercial information (your product catalog and subscription), and internet activity (usage logs) — for the business purposes described in Section 4.

To exercise your California rights, email teams@nsolvia.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject. We will verify your identity before responding.

11. Children

NSOLVIA is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the services evolve. We will post the new effective date at the top, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email.
