1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners.

2. How NSOLVIA Uses Cookies

NSOLVIA uses essential session cookies required for the service to function, plus analytics cookies that tell us how visitors use the site. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share what we collect.

Payment cookies set by Stripe during checkout are strictly necessary — without them a payment cannot be completed — so they are not subject to the consent choice described in section 4. We store your consent choice itself in your browser's local storage, for the sole purpose of not asking you again.

3. The NSOLVIA Widget

The NSOLVIA sales assistant widget runs inside an isolated iframe on merchant websites. It uses a session identifier generated in the browser to maintain conversation context. This identifier is not persistent between visits and is not used for tracking.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Our website uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe may set its own cookies during the checkout process. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors reach and use the site. Google may set its own cookies for this purpose. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, analytics is switched off by default: we ask first, and Google Analytics only loads if you accept. Declining costs you nothing — the site works exactly the same, and we do not ask again. Everywhere else, analytics is on by default and you can turn it off with your browser settings (section 5). Blog posts and NSOLVIA Intelligence articles load Google's Preferred Sources button, served from news.google.com, which lets you add NSOLVIA as a preferred source in Google Search. Google may set its own cookies when that button loads. It does not appear on product pages or on audit reports.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the NSOLVIA widget from functioning correctly. Since we only use essential session cookies, no cookie consent banner is required under most regulations.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we begin using additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and implement appropriate consent mechanisms as required by applicable law.
